The local hosting URLs were wrong in the dataset manifest and in the corresponding dataset post meta-data. These issues have been corrected in the current site archive. Earlier DVD versions of the archive have a single, incorrect URL for all local dataset hosting locations. A person with some familiarity with Excel can easily make these corrections. They’re fairly obvious.
